"Because every time I call and change something with my contract with them I never get the paperwork in the mail like she said she's going to send I get emails but my phone doesn't allow me to sign things on the phone so I've been kind of disappointed in them for a few years"

We understand how important it is to have physical copies for your records. Our corporate office mails out updated policy documents any time a customer makes a change to their policy. However, sometimes it can take several weeks by the time the change has been processed and the documents have made it through the postal system and to your mailbox. With regards to the issues with your phone not allowing for documents to be signed electronically, we are happy to send documents through the mail to be physically signed. Moving forward, please let us know that you would prefer to receive any documents needing a signature in the mail, and we'll be happy to accommodate! We genuinely value your business and appreciate your loyalty over the years. It is our priority to provide excellent service and meet your expectations.
